TIME 2006 Paper Review System

Submissions must not exceed the length of 11 pages; font size must be 11 pt or larger. The papers should be submitted as PDF files. Overlength submissions will be rejected without review. All submissions must be received by January 30, 2006.

As usual within the TIME series, proceedings will be published by IEEE Computer Society Press and will be subject to IEEE Copyright. Accepted papers will be invited for full presentation or poster presentation. One author of each accepted paper has to register for the symposium and present the paper. Camera ready papers will be produced with the author kits sent by IEEE Computer Society Press. It is also our intention to organize a special issue of a leading journal, containing extended versions of selected papers from the symposium.

IEEE Computer Society Press guidelines will need to be followed in submitting by April 3, 2006, the camera ready copies. Authors of accepted papers will get more information from IEEE after the notification of acceptance, or they can check the IEEE website for details.

To submit an article electronically, please convert it to PDF and upload it with the information below. There are a number of converters that are availabe for converting formats such as LaTeX to PDF.

For the initial submission, you only need the PDF readable copy of the manuscript. When a manuscript is ready for final submission, only then must you provide the source files. Please make sure you use an Acrobat reader to make sure the manuscript is VIEWABLE and PRINTABLE! You can download and install the FREE Adobe Acrobat Reader software to test your manuscript.
